Shipment of application documents

First of all you fill in the online application form. The link to the online form can be found at the end of the website of each study course.

Please send the printed and signed application form together with all required documents to the Registration and Examinations Office within the application period. Your application can only be processed when the documents are complete and submitted within the application period.

Applications are only accepted within the application period. Only the date the application is received is decisive not the postmark. In case the last day of the application deadline is a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday the application deadline is extended to the next working day.

The P.O.Box address is to be indicated on the first site of the online application form.

In case  you use a private delivery company please use the following address:

Application via fax or email is not possible.
If you apply for several study courses please submit an application form and the complete documents for each program you apply for. Please submit the loose documents in an envelope without any sheet covers, bindings and staples.

Personal submission of the application documents

You can also submit your application documents (without portfolio!) in person at Einsteinufer 43
The building is open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

- or the Registration and Examinations Office during the opening hours.

- at the gate Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Outside Business hours you can drop your documents in the letter box left of the entrance door.
