Natalie Pfeiffer

Natalie Pfeiffer studied harpsichord with Prof. Mitzi Meyerson and recorder with Prof. Gerd Lünenbürger at the UdK Berlin. Thereafter she trained to be a teacher of the Alexander Technique at the Constructive Teaching Centre London under Walter Carrington. She works as a freelance musician and teacher in Germany and has been a member of staff at the Institute for Early Music since 2006. She has received various prizes and stipends, e.g. at the Deutsche Musikwettbewerb, the International Recorder Symposium Calw, and has taken part in various radio productions. Her recordings include sonatas and symphonies by Frederic the Great and a CD of French and German harpsichord duos for the "Staatliches Institut für Musikforschung Berlin".
