Further Information

"Cisco Webex" can be used both in the internet browser and as a programme; we recommend installing the free version in advance.
Please copy and paste the link into your browser. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the browser before the event. This may help to avoid technical difficulties. Please turn off all other programs in the background as well as cloud updates - video conferencing systems run more smoothly this way. In addition, it is best to use a LAN connection with cable instead of WiFi.

Please always mute your microphone when not speaking. If possible, use headphones and microphone.

If you notice that the connection and especially the image processing on the computer is getting worse, please switch off the webcam and all other applications on the computer.

You can enter or change the name (including your pronoun(s)) before entering the meeting (in the waiting room) in the settings at the top right.

Recording

Important! The conference will be recorded for internal evaluation purposes. The recordings themselves will not be published, but will be used for evaluative documentation!
