From Thursday till Saturday Jacob Erik, Lukas Grundmann and students from SoundS (Nicolas Daleman, Elizabeth Davis, Hugo Esquinca, Eunice Fong, Kassiani Goulakou, Nina Guo, Marios Pavlou, Francisco Petrucci, and Farshad Xajehnassiri) will be showing performances and installations at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt about the paradoxical ubiquity of radio waves. Their works i.e. explore the process of translation in the medium radio, radio play sound effects meet post internet aesthetics and mix live transmissions with archived material.
