Klasse Klima is an open, autonomous and transdisciplinary collective that aims to anchor the climate crisis and climate justice in education and design practice. Klasse Klima initiates student-organised seminars at art academies and organises workshops, residencies and exhibitions for design practitioners and design enthusiasts. The collective was founded in 2019 by students at the UdK Berlin to embed the climate crisis debate within the university. The non-profit organisation "arts design climate e.V." was founded in 2022. Klasse Klima actively opposes all forms of discrimination. The collective and the association should be accessible to everyone and enable joint learning.
