Echoes of Synthesis II marks the second iteration of the group performance and installation emerging from the AV seminars and a workshop. It presents an exploration of synthesis in general as both a technical process and a conceptual framework, working with modular audio and video synthesis, custom circuits, and algorithmic tools. The projects investigate how signals move and transform across sound and image, approaching synthesis as a space of emergence and cross-modal thinking and utilizing generative systems, real-time processing, and feedback structures. The final event presents a constellation of new works that reflect diverse artistic approaches and the expanded vocabulary developed throughout the course.
