Dear staff and students,
On these pages, you will find information regarding the booking of teaching and lecture rooms, as well as the concert halls at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK). Please use the forms provided below to submit a new booking request where necessary. Under ‘Contacts’, you will find the relevant contact persons for your area.
During the 2022 summer semester, extensive changes will be made to the ASIMUT room booking system, transitioning from “emergency mode” to “normal mode”. The public user interface will also be updated to a more mobile-friendly version.
