Submission of missing documents my.udk portal

  • Additional application documents can only be submitted by e-mail.

    Please send the documents as a PDF file with a maximum size of 20 MB to the person responsible for the study program in the Registration and Examination Office (IPA).
    You can find the e-mail addresses here: https://www.udk-berlin.de/en/service/registration-and-examination-office-ipa/

    Please state the following in the reference field:
    Study program, degree, specialization/instrument if applicable, surname, first name, application number
    e.g. Orchestral Instruments, Bachelor, Violin, Müller, Maria, 1234567

  • Certain documents can only be submitted within the application deadline, e.g. proof of payment of the application fee. 
    If you do not submit these within the deadline, you will be excluded from the application process.


    Please note: Particularly at the end of the application period, it cannot always be guaranteed that the Registration and Examination Office (IPA) will check the documents submitted within the application period. If you want to be sure that your documents are complete and in order, we recommend that you submit your application directly at the beginning of the application period if possible. If you find a note in the application portal that documents are missing, you still have enough time to submit them.

  • Certain documents can also be submitted after the application deadline, e.g. VPD from uni-assist e.V.
    These must be submitted by the time of enrollment at the latest. You will find a note on this in the application portal.
