Guest speakers Roland Radschopf, Dimitri Hegemann, and Lucas Hesse enriched the Visual Communication semester program with their perspectives. While Roland Radschopf discussed visual identities in his lecture "From Hero to Hero," Lucas Hesse demonstrated his approach to animated design in his talk "Energy in Motion"; both also conducted follow-up workshops. Dimitri Hegemann, founder of the Berlin club Tresor, presented the cultures and subcultures of Detroit and Berlin from the 1990s to the present day.
