Mona Völkel has been project manager in the Department of Interfaculty Events at the Berlin University of the Arts since August 2022.

Mona Völkel studied cultural analysis and cultural mediation at the Technical University of Dortmund. During her studies, she focused on marketing and public relations as well as events as a student assistant in the Department of University Marketing at the TU Dortmund. She is interested in the interface between marketing and communication activities as well as events as educational and outreach opportunities. Until March 2022, she completed a two-year traineeship in the former Department of Marketing and Events at the Berlin University of the Arts (since March 2022, Department of Strategic Marketing and Department of Interfaculty Events).
