L’Usine du TrésOr Noir (The Black Treasure Factory)
is a public waste installation based on the principle of compost toilet, in which the waste from PARCKFARM’s visitors and activities is processed. Its objective is to transform the park’s organic waste into “terra-preta” (black earth, a rich and fertile soil) for the park and the surrounding area. During the Parckdesign festival, a series of ‘rituals’ will take place that will initiate the participants to the miracle of life-making. Everyone is invited to participate.
Collective Disaster is an international and multidisciplinary team that works in public space, engaging in social and interactive situations.
