“If It’s For The People, It Needs To Be Beautiful,” She Said
Accompanying a series of collaborations in 2020-21, the publication “If It’s For The People, It Needs To Be Beautiful,” She Said offers the first comprehensive and global perspective on Jeremiah Day’s work as an artist, performer, researcher and teacher. Designed and co-edited by Will Holder, the book’s roots go back to Holder’s 2017 period at KW in which he and Day initiated a weekly workshop at K77 Studios that continues to this day. The book reflects the close collaborations with the co-publishers centre d’art Le Lait, Villa Romana and the Badischer Kunstverein which co-host the event.
The performance and book presentation will take place outside.
