Students and lecturers at the Faculty of Music at Berlin University of the Arts can borrow musical instruments from the university.

Loan agreements for musical instruments can only be concluded by appointment at the Instruments and Orchestra Materials branch.

To borrow an instrument, you must first fill out and sign an application form. The signatures of two representatives of the Faculty of Music (subject teachers) are also required (approval of the loan). All necessary information and documents regarding instrument insurance will be provided during the appointment.

Please bring the completed application form and your CampusCard or student ID card with you to the appointment.

The musical instrument will only be issued once the rental agreement has been completed and the instrument insurance has been taken out.
