Dr. Michaela Conen
Dr. Michaela Conen is head of the Strategic Marketing unit at the UdK Berlin.
She has overall responsibility for developing, planning, and implementing strategic marketing at UdK Berlin in close coordination with the university president and its achievement of goals across all channels. She is responsible for defining growth areas and development opportunities in strategic marketing. Furthermore, she is responsible for monitoring corporate design and brand positioning externally and for the supervision and further development of corporate branding and design. In addition, she develops campaigns and cooperations.

Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, Insa Ruckdeschel develops the planning, design and further development of strategic marketing measures in detail and implements them responsibly according to the specifications of the unit management. In addition, she prepares marketing analyses, statistics, designs and implements new marketing formats according to the strategic specifications, organizes market and trend research projects, and coordinates operational marketing goals and action planning (marketing mix).
She oversees the collaborations and campaigns, and the further developed UdK:shop (online/offline) and its Instagram channel.

Trainee

The trainee supports marketing management, media relations, media planning (print and online media), online marketing, maintenance of the UdK Berlin corporate design manual and the creation of graphic works. Furthermore, the trainee accompanies the implementation of communication measures and supports the supervision of the UdK:shop and its Instagram channel. In addition, they assist with meetings, database maintenance, and general office duties.
