The holiday card of UdK Berlin is a long-standing tradition, created each year by a different professor from the Faculty of Fine Arts, chosen by the president. Each card is a unique work of art that not only reflects the artistic practice of UdK but also conveys the personal perspective of the respective artist.

In 2024 the holiday card was designed by the outgoing president of UdK Berlin, Prof. Dr. Norbert Palz.

Prof. Dr. Palz’s decision to design the holiday card is a symbol of his close connection to the creative community of the university. The card, therefore, represents not just a festive gesture for the New Year but also an invitation to celebrate the creative work and collective engagement of the university.
