DipnSip

What is DipnSip?

The event is organized by the AStA and the Student Council Conference (FSRK) and aims to create a space where you can reliably and easily meet fellow students and those involved in university politics.

We invite you to join us every other Thursday in the courtyard at Hardenbergstr. 33 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. for some snacks and drinks.

We hope for meaningful conversations among fellow students over snacks and drinks, to create new interdisciplinary networking opportunities for various causes and academic departments, or simply to provide a satisfying way to wrap up the university day with a relaxed get-together.

Meetings

Next Thursday, June 25, 2026, the new event series DipnSip kicks off.

The opening event on June 25 is themed: “Let’s Talk About the Rundgang & Science Against Fascism.” We’ve invited representatives from the StuPa and the Committee Against Fascism to join us. Together with representatives from the AStA and StuPa, we’d like to inform you about the latest developments and new regulations regarding this year’s Rundgang and engage in a discussion with you. How do we, as students, want to deal with these restrictions?

This event builds on the student exchange meeting held as part of the “Science Against Fascism” week.

The continuation of “Science Against Fascism” will also be a topic of discussion. The newly founded Committee Against Fascism aims to further develop its structure in the coming semester. The questions we’ll explore are: What role and responsibility do art and science have in times of fascist threat? What opportunities do we have at the University of the Arts to get involved and participate in discourse and protest?
