Graphic Design
The work at the chair of Prof. Fons Hickmann (class for graphic design / communication design) provides for conceptual thinking that is both experimental and applied. The students of the class are crossing borders in every respect – they apply a critical questioning of media and social conventions, they engage in the examination of current topics from changing perspectives and they develop new visual codes in the process. The project results consist of productions of various kinds, such as books, posters, photography, motion design and interactive media.
