A cross-faculty project spanning fashion, scenography and contemporary music

«Runway» by fkk is an annual undertaking, instigating far-out methods of cooperation between students and independant creators from divergent artistic fields.
Our ambition is to prosperously bridge art and design faculties in Berlin - a coordinated joint effort should broaden artistic views, while carefully shaping a process-focussed environment.

The collaborative process consisting of weekly workshop sessions, is hosted in the framework of our Studium Generale seminar «fakultätsübergreifendes Kooperationskommando», and will result in an extensive scenographic production, alluding to our elaborated narrative of Bentham’s theory of the Panopticon and the incessant self-surveillance of a media-sick society.

A concerted soundtrack piece of 5 vocalists and producers is curated by Vienna-based musician Helena Dechentreiter.
The show is co-produced by linkup space @fkk.tba, and UdK students Pauline Luca Wunderlich & Jean-Philippe Hoffmann.
