From 2011–2014, Judith Wilking studied for a bacehlor's degree in art history and empirical cultural studies at the University of Tübingen. In October 2014, she began studying for a master’s degree in art history with a focus on Europe and America at the Freie Universität Berlin. From January 2015 to January 2016, she participated in the Research Training Group “Knowledge in the Arts” as a research student.
