Svenja Rokitta studied applied cultural studies at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg, as well as history and culture of science and technology at the Technische Universität Berlin. Her main areas of interest were virtual aesthetics in music and sound and the possibilities of the provisional in culture and technology. Already in 2014, Svenja Rokitta began participating in the Research Training Group “Knowledge in the Arts” at the Berlin University of Arts as a research student, and from January to October 2015, she additionally worked with the group as a research associate and academic coordinator.
