Anton Ohlow

Anton Ohlow is an illustrator, graphic designer and visual artist who graduated in 2022 in Visual Communication and Illustration from the Berlin University of the Arts.

In 2020, he won the Rundgang design competition in Prof. Henning Wagenbreth's Illustration class, which unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the Corona pandemic. To honour his work, his design Fungi was used for the 2021 Rundgang, so that colourful mushrooms sprouted all over the city. Info on the 2020/2021 tour design can be found here.

UdK Berlin Post-Its

Anton Ohlow has also designed new Post-Its for the UdK:shop. The Post-It pad shows a tiger, as 2022 is the year of the tiger in Chinese astrology. But not only that, the little pad is a flip book to help you pass the time if there are no notes to jot down.

UdK Berlin Block

The Rundgangdesigner Anton Ohlow illustrated the UdK Berlin block of this year. His very own aesthetic and visual language highlights what defines the students at the UdK Berlin.

"August and February, wine and beer, tennis and chess, jazz and hip hop, Neukölln and Charlottenburg, Doc Martin and Adidas, banana and licorice, poodle and guppy, CMYK and RGB, orchid and yucca, kebab and sushi, blackbird and flamingo. That's how I would describe the students at Berlin University of the Arts."
