Gender-inclusive language
In university correspondence, neutral forms of address and formulations as well as the gender asterisk (Gendersternchen) are used in documents, forms, contracts, and on all university platforms.
Information for students
Change of name and/or gender entry
Students who wish to change their first name and/or gender entry on UdK Berlin documents should fill out the application form, sign it, and send it by post to the IPA at UdK Berlin. Once the documents have been changed, students will be contacted to exchange their updated semester ticket. New enrolment certificates can be downloaded from my.udk-berlin.de after the change has been made.
