UdK2030 geht in die nächste Runde. Am 27. November 2025 findet im Gebäude der Hardenbergstraße 33 der 8. Zukunftstag statt und stellt Fragen zum Klima – auch im übertragenen Sinn.

• Wie weit sind Initiativen zu Klimagerechtigkeit und Nachhaltigkeit an der UdK Berlin gekommen? Welche Ziele wurden erreicht, welche sind noch zu erreichen?
• Wie steht es um das Betriebsklima an der UdK - in den täglichen, zwischenmenschlichen Begegnungen und beim Zusammenarbeiten zwischen Kolleg*innen und Studierenden?
• Wie können wir gemeinsam agieren, gestalten und uns gegenseitig unterstützen trotz und gerade wegen Einsparungen und angespannter politischer Situationen?
• Wie geht es uns atmosphärisch und im täglichen Miteinander, wenn Unsicherheiten und Stress spürbar werden?

Stationen:

10 Uhr: Eröffnung und Begrüßung in Raum 101 (Charlotte-Salomon-Saal)
im Anschluss „Klima-Herzen“ basteln und „Speedfriending“ 
11 Uhr:  Inputs
12 – 16:30 Uhr: Öffnung „Atmosphärische Räume“
12:00 – 13:30 Uhr: Workshops 
13:30 – 14:30 Uhr: individuelle Mittagspause 
14:30 – 16:00 Uhr: Workshops 
14:30 – 17 Uhr: „UdKaring is sharing“ – Material- und Kleidertauschmarkt 
16:30 Uhr: Kurze Feedbacks aus den Workshops und Abschlussrunde
17 Uhr: informeller Ausklang - Treffen für Alle mit Schnippel-Disko im Café Kubik | informal wind-down - meeting for everyone with ‚Schnippel-Disco‘ at Café Kubik

Zum 8. UdK2030-Zukunftstag am 27. November 2025 sind alle Kolleg*innen aus Verwaltung / Technik / Service, aus dem Mittelbau, Professor*innen und Lehrende aller Fakultäten und Institute sowie alle Studierenden eingeladen, die Freude an Begegnung und Austausch sowie Interesse haben, gemeinsam Zukunft zu gestalten.

Climate & Climate - What is the climate like at the Berlin University of the Arts?

UdK2030 is entering its next phase. On 27 November 2025, the 8th Future Day will take place at the building on Hardenbergstraße 33, raising questions about the climate – both literally and figuratively.

• How far have initiatives for climate justice and sustainability progressed at the Berlin University of the Arts? Which goals have been achieved, and which remain to be achieved?
• What is the working atmosphere like at the UdK – in daily interpersonal encounters and in the collaboration between colleagues and students?
• How can we act, shape and support each other despite, and precisely because of, cutbacks and tense political situations?
• How do we feel in terms of atmosphere and daily interaction when uncertainties and stress become noticeable?

Stations:

10 a.m.: Opening and welcome | R. 101 (Charlotte-Salomon-Saal) 
followed by making ‘climate hearts’and ‘speed friending’
11 a.m.: Inputs  
12 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.: opening ‚atmospheric spaces‘ 
12 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.: Workshops
1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.: individual lunch break
2:30 p.m. – 4 p.m.: Workshops 
2:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.: „UdKaring is sharing“ – material- and clothing sharing market

All colleagues from administration/technology/services, mid-level faculty, professors and lecturers from all faculties and institutes, as well as all students who enjoy meeting and exchanging ideas and are interested in shaping the future together, are invited to the 8th UdK2030 Future Day on 27 November 2025.
