Bastelwerkstatt: Kleine Zeichen fürs Energiesparen | Craft workshop: Small signs for saving energy

Wir laden zu einer kleinen nachhaltigen Bastelwerkstatt ein, die auf spielerische Weise für das Energiesparen sensibilisieren soll. Gemeinsam gestalten wir Herzchen-Sticker für Heizungen und Smiley-Sticker für Lichtschalter – kleine Erinnerungshilfen mit großer Wirkung. Die Idee entstand im vergangenen Sommer im Rahmen eines Kurzzeitprojekts in Kooperation zwischen der Klasse Kampagnen von Barbara Kotte und dem Master-Seminar „Transformationen“ im Rahmen des Studiengesangs Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftskommunikation von Jürgen Schulz. Unser Beitrag möchte nicht belehren, sondern spielerisch motivieren und zum Nachdenken anregen – über den eigenen Energieverbrauch und über mögliche weitere Maßnahmen, wie die UdK Berlin als Gemeinschaft Wärme und Strom bewusster nutzen kann.

Mitmachen leicht gemacht:
Schneiden Sie die Sticker aus oder nehmen Sie sie mit. Kleben Sie sie in Ihre Büros, Ateliers oder Werkstätten und machen Sie ein Foto davon. – Alle Materialien sind abbaubar und ressourcenschonend. (Beschreibung der Bastelwerkstatt zum Download)

We invite you to a small, sustainable craft workshop designed to raise awareness of energy saving in a playful way. Together we will create heart stickers for radiators and smiley stickers for light switches – small reminders with a big impact. The idea was born last summer as part of a short-term project in cooperation between the Campaign class, led by Barbara Kotte, and the master's seminar ‘Transformations’ as part ofJürgen Schulz's course in social and economic communication. Our contribution is not intended to lecture, but to motivate in a playful way and encourage reflection on one's own energy consumption and on possible further measures that the Berlin University of the Arts as a community can use heat and electricity more consciously. 

Participating is easy:
Cut out the stickers or take them with you. Stick them in your offices, studios or workshops. – All materials are biodegradable and resource-efficient.

„Wer ist die UdK Berlin? – Hier hast du die Gelegenheit in ziemlich kurzer Zeit viele neue Gesichter kennenzulernen oder mit bekannten Kolleg*innen ziemlich verrückte Fragen zu diskutieren wie z.B. „Wenn du für 30 Sekunden die Aufmerksamkeit der gesamten UdK Berlin hättest – was würdest du sagen oder tun?“. Mach mit beim Speedfriending und lass dich ein auf einen kurzweiligen Austausch.“

  Umgangssprachlich befindet sich der Mensch in einem Besitzverhältnis zur Zeit: Wer Zeit hat, kann sie verlieren, nutzen oder verschwenden, sparen oder investieren, stehlen oder verschenken, genießen oder totschlagen (Bourdieu, Meditationen). Doch wie steht es um das Verhältnis des Menschen zur Zukunft? Kann man eine Zukunft haben oder sie gar gestalten, und kann das, was noch nicht ist, in der künstlerischen Praxis oder im Arbeitsalltag erfahrbar werden? - Der Input bietet einen theoretischen Einstieg in das menschliche Verhältnis zur Zukunft und beleuchtet seine politischen Implikationen.
  
  Colloquially speaking, humans have a possessive relationship with time: those who have time can lose it, use it or waste it, save it or invest it, steal it or give it away, enjoy it or kill it (Bourdieu, Meditations). But what about the relationship between humans and the future? Can one have a future or even shape it, and can that which does not yet exist be experienced in artistic practice or everyday working life? This input offers a theoretical introduction to the human relationship with the future and highlights its political implications.

  Mit ihrer Rede zum Zukunftstag 2025 lädt Judith Sun die UdK Berlin ein, ihre Zukunft bewusst und kraftvoll zu gestalten. Anhand neurobiologischer Erkenntnisse, der Geschichte menschlicher Entwicklung und dem Wissen unserer Vorfahren zeigt sie, warum Wandel erst gelingt, wenn wir uns vom Bekannten lösen, Angst als Motor nutzen und aus einer klaren Zukunftsvision heraus handeln. Sun erinnert an die ursprüngliche Kraft der Kunst - das freie Spiel, kreative Resilienz und die Fähigkeit, selbst unter Druck neue Formen des Denkens und Schaffens zu entwickeln. Ihr Impuls ermutigt, Blockaden zu lösen, Kollaboration zu stärken und eine neue Identität für die UdK Berlin zu formen, die kommende Generationen von Künstler*innen trägt und inspiriert.
  
  In her speech for Future Day 2025, Judith Sun encourages the Berlin University of the Arts to shape its future consciously and powerfully. Drawing on neurobiological findings, the history of human development and the knowledge of our ancestors, she shows why change can only succeed when we detach ourselves from the familiar, use fear as a driving force and act on the basis of a clear vision of the future. Sun reminds us of the original power of art – free play, creative resilience and the ability to develop new forms of thinking and creating even under pressure. Her impetus encourages us to break down barriers, strengthen collaboration and form a new identity for the Berlin University of the Arts that will support and inspire future generations of artists.

Jammern erlaubt! - Für alle, die wütend, traurig und entsetzt sind (nicht nur auf Grund des Klimas). Hier werden Schilder für die nächsten #unkürzbar-Demos gestaltet und dem Protest mit Farbe und Worten Ausdruck gegeben. Und vielleicht kannst Du in diesem Raum auch deine Sorgen zurücklassen...

Cheering allowed! - express your enthusiasm, commitment and confidence. ‘Do something good for yourself’ - by making others happy. And at the same time, sponsor a word, a place, a part of the UdK Berlin that belongs to you.

  An der UdK Berlin haben viele Initiativen die Nachhaltigkeitsarbeit geprägt – von der AG Klima, den UdK2030-Zukunftstagen und der Klasse Klima bis zu Gemeinschaftsgärten, UdK for Future, Bienenprojekten, Tauschplattformen und der Selbstverpflichtung zum Flugverzicht unter 1.000 km. Auch die Institution selbst ist aktiv: Energetische Sanierungen, effizientere Gebäudetechnik, PV-Anlagen, Fahrradbügel, Ökostrombezug, Recycling-Papier, und Schließzeiten zur Energieeinsparung zeigen, dass Nachhaltigkeit zunehmend strukturell verankert wird.Doch wie greifen die Aktivitäten von Institution und Initiativen ineinander? Wo ergänzen sie sich, wo reiben sich unterschiedliche Perspektiven – und wie ließe sich aus beidem ein stärkeres Miteinander entwickeln?
  
  To bee or not to bee - The Climate Charter of the Berlin University of the Arts as a bridge between initiatives and institutions?
  At the Berlin University of the Arts, many initiatives have shaped sustainability work - from the Climate Working Group, the UdK2030 Future Days, and the Climate Class to community gardens, UdK for Future, bee projects, exchange platforms, and a voluntary commitment to refrain from flying distances under 1,000 km. The institution itself is also active: energy-efficient renovations, more efficient building technology, PV systems, bicycle racks, green electricity, recycled paper, and closing times to save energy show that sustainability is increasingly being anchored in the structure. But how do the activities of the institution and initiatives interact? Where do they complement each other, where do different perspectives clash - and how can a stronger sense of community be developed from both?
  
   

• QUANTUM ATHLETICS: A GUIDED TIME TRAVEL INTO THE FUTURE

  Quantum Athletics is a multidimensional consciousness framework designed to activate quantum embodiment and play. In today’s workshop, we will be time-traveling to the highest available future timeline and experience our future selves and vision. We will ask for guidance on how to become that version, install its blueprint somatically, and create art from everything we saw, heard, felt, and experienced. - Please bring your favourite material of expression and an open mind and heart.

• MOMENT - vielstimmige Momentaufnahmen UdK 2025

  Wie geht es dir an der UdK Berlin? Was beschäftigt dich momentan? Was fällt dir auf in Bezug auf Arbeitsklima, Veränderungen innerhalb der Hochschule und Einflüsse von außen? In Form einer dokumentierten Gesprächs-Serie lädt dieser Workshop ein, Stimmen und Stimmungen von Studierenden, Lehrenden und Mitarbeitenden der UdK Berlin zu sammeln und mit künstlerischen Methoden zu bearbeiten und zu teilen. In kleinen Teams (Gruppen) werden die dialogischen Interviews vorbereitet, Fragen zusammengestellt, um direkt erste Interviews zu führen. Unterschiedliche Interview-Formate wie narrative- oder Selbst-Interviews, strukturierte oder offenere Gesprächsverläufe können zu einem Dialogtext editiert und somit zu einer Serie von vielstimmigen UdK-Momentaufnahmen aus 2025 zusammengeführt werden.
  
  Das Wort Moment (lateinisch momentum - „Bewegung“, „Antriebskraft“ oder „kurze Zeitspanne“) wird in vielen Sprachen verwendet.
  
  MOMENT - multi-voiced snapshots UdK 2025
  How are you doing at the UdK Berlin? What are you currently working on? What strikes you in terms of the working atmosphere, changes within the university, and external influences? In the form of a documented series of conversations, this workshop invites participants to collect the voices and moods of students, teachers, and staff at the UdK Berlin and to process and share them using artistic methods. In small teams (groups), the dialogical interviews are prepared and questions are compiled in order to conduct the first interviews directly. Different interview formats, such as narrative or self-interviews, structured or more open conversations, can be edited into a dialogue text and thus combined into a series of polyphonic UdK-snapshots from 2025.
  
  The word moment (Latin momentum – ‘movement’, ‘driving force’ or ‘short period of time’) is used in many languages.   
   

• "Climate! Let's act" - ein Workshop der KLASSE KLIMA/ A workshop by KLASSE KLIMA

  Ein Raum für Zuhören, Verbindung und gemeinsames Handeln an der UdK Berlin
  „Climate! Let’s act“ ist eine Einladung zu einer Pause vom Ohnmachtsgefühl: Für 90 Minuten einen warmen, offenen  Raum für Zuhören, Verbundenheit und gemeinsames Gestalten an der UdK  Berlin zu schaffen. Gemeinsam mit heißen Getränken, Bewegung, Gesprächsimpulsen und kleinen Ritualen erkunden wir, wie Klima und Miteinander sich anfühlen – und wie sie sich verändern können um neue Impulse für ein solidarisches Klima an der Hochschule zu setzen. - Der Workshop wendet sich explizit an Menschen aus allen Bereichen der UdK Berlin, um in diesem hierarchiefreien Rahmen in Dialog zu treten.

  A space for listening, connecting, and taking action together at the Berlin University of the Arts
  “Climate! Let's act” is an invitation to take a break from feelings of powerlessness: for 90 minutes, we will create a warm, open space for listening, connecting, and creating together at the Berlin University of the Arts. Together with hot drinks, movement, conversation starters, and small rituals, we explore how climate and togetherness feel—and how they can change to create new impulses for a climate of solidarity at the university. The workshop is explicitly aimed at people from all areas of the Berlin University of the Arts to engage in dialogue in this non-hierarchical setting.

Dabei geht es auch um das generelle Vernetzen und das Verleihen von z.B. Werkzeug. Also, kommt vorbei, bietet Überbleibsel an und sucht was Ihr braucht.
