KlangKunstBühne

The next KlangKunstBühne will take place from August to September 2026 with the following artists:

24-30 August 2026: Oblivia, performance group

14-20 September 2026: George Lewis, composer

The registration will be possible from 1st March 2026.

KlangKunstBühne is a continuing education program offered by Universität der Künste (University of the Arts) Berlin. It is aimed at all artistic disciplines. In courses lasting one week each, participants experience the possibilities of moving beyond the borders of their disciplines. Working with renowned international artists, new knowledge and abilities in previously unexplored areas are acquired and the possibilities of the participants’ own artistic expressions are broadened. Ultimately, KlangKunstBühne seeks to establish an innovative atmosphere in which lasting contacts are made and where new ideas are discovered and realized – with consequences for the running week and beyond, sparking impulses that create a unique language of sound, art and stage. The courses of KlangKunstBühne are recognized in Berlin as educational leave. KlangKunstBühne is an offer of klangzeitort, the Faculty of Music in cooperation with the Faculty of Performing Arts and the Berlin Summer University of the Arts, supported by all faculties of the UdK Berlin and the UdK Berlin Career College.
