Due to the unfortunate and significant budget cuts imposed by the State of Berlin on Berlin's universities, the budget of the International Office at the Berlin University of the Arts will also be reduced by approximately 20% or more.

Unfortunately, this also includes the so-called ISA scholarships for students applying for a place in a non-EU country such as Australia, the USA, Canada, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Latin America, Great Britain or Israel.

The upcoming cuts mean that ISA grants of €800 for stays abroad will no longer be paid from the 2025/26 winter semester onwards.

However, students will continue to be exempt from paying tuition fees there.
