Winners 2026

We would like to congratulate all the nominated artists on the success of the nominees’ exhibition and thank Emma Enderby, Director of the KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Anna Gritz, Director of Haus am Waldsee, Thomas Locher, artist, and Prof. Dr Sabeth Buchmann, art historian, critic and university lecturer, for their work on the jury.

The winners of the UdK Berlin Art Award 2026 are Aisha Altenhofen, Tara Habibzadeh, Minu Park and Miriam Umiń.

The joint exhibition of the winners opens on 26 November 2026 and will be on view from 27 November 2026 to 14 February 2027 at the Kommunale Galerie Berlin.
