Process Commissioner for Antisemitism Prevention
Since the end of June 2024, Dr Michaela Conen has served as Process Commissioner for Antisemitism Prevention at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK Berlin). She was appointed to this role by the University’s then President, Professor Dr Norbert Palz, and was confirmed in her position in April 2025 by the new President, Professor Dr Markus Hilgert. In this capacity, she developed and implemented the University’s current framework for antisemitism prevention.

Henning Gutfleisch has been working at the UdK Berlin since 1 August 2026. His main responsibilities include:
- providing expert advice to the University Management on current developments in the field of antisemitism,
- supporting individuals affected by antisemitism, including the processing and structured disclosure of incoming reports,
- designing, implementing, and evaluating antisemitism-critical workshops and further education at UdK Berlin.
