The UdK Berlin is committed to helping people in need. This year, up to half of the donations from the festival will go to "Aktion Deutschland Hilft" and will benefit the earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria. Donate directly to the collection campaign here.

We want to enable all people, regardless of income and social situation, to participate in music and culture. That's why in 2017, most of crescendo's events were held with free admission for the first time. In 2023, we will continue this philosophy for the sixth time.

Nevertheless, there are of course costs involved in producing a two-week festival. Therefore, we cordially ask you for your donation. With any amount, whether two or 200€, you not only honor the commitment of the artists who perform without fee, but also support the presentation of our artistic work in the future.
