The approach and methodology of this workshop are based on the "Design Your Life!"concept derived from Design Thinking. Instead of adapting your CV and application process to fit specific job postings, the resource-oriented approach encourages participants to engage with their own strengths and personal traits, guiding them through innovative practices toward an effective path to their dream job.

Through interactive exercises and personal interactions, participants will learn how to identify their personal values and aspirations and incorporate them into their job search. The workshop emphasizes the importance of exploring the job market not only through traditional job ads but also by leveraging personal networks, LinkedIn networking, and other channels—while remaining authentic and confident in the process.
