Regisseur, Schauspieler, Autor und Visual Artist, Beirut/Berlin

Rabih Mroué wurde in Beirut geboren und lebt derzeit in Berlin. Er ist Theaterregisseur, Schauspieler, bildender Künstler und Dramatiker. Er arbeitet als Redakteur für The Drama Review/TDR (New York) und ist Mitbegründer des Beirut Art Center (BAC). Er war Stipendiat des International Research Center: Interweaving Performance Cultures/FU/Berlin, 2013–2015 und assoziierter Theaterregisseur an den Münchner Kammerspielen (München). Zu seinen Arbeiten gehören: „Images Mon amour“ (2022), „Cheers tom our wishes“ (2021), „Sunny Sunday“ (2020), „Second look“ (2020) „Borborygmus“ (2019), „Kill the Audience“ (2018), „Sand in the eyes“ (2017), „The Pixelated revolution“ (2012), „The Inhabitants of images“ (2008), „Who’s Afraid of Representation“ (2005) und andere.
