Kyumin Park

Curriculum Vitae

Kyumin Park is pursuing his Bachelor of music at the New England Conservatory, Boston, USA studying under Donald Weilerstein. He has reached international recognition, winning 2nd prize at International Music Competition of Harbin, China and 3rd prize at the Klein International Competition in San Francisco. In 2013, he won the Thomas and Evon Cooper International Violin Competition held at Oberlin where he played with the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra.

Along with his successful international achievements he made his solo concert debut for the Kumho Prodigy Concert series in Seoul in 2012. He has been invited to many festivals worldwide including Ravinia Festival, Holland Music Festival and Kneisel Hall. He performed with the world known orchestras including The Cleveland Orchestra, Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra, and Korean Symphony Orchestra.
