Andi Rueckel is known as concept-driven and critical-minded gestalter from Berlin, Germany, exploring the fields of aesthetics, typography, new media, and computation.

In June 2019, Andi Rueckel successfully graduated in Prof. Joachim Sauter’s New Media Class at Berlin University of the Arts, examining the intersection of art, artist, and artificial intelligence.

In March 2020, Andi Rueckel joined Robert Schnuell in conceptualizing the architecture for a free and open-source digital infrastructure for Berlin University of the Arts to combat the emerging global SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, and so—step by step—laying the foundations for the medienhaus/ project.

Andi Rueckel joined the project InKüLe - Innovationen für die künstlerische Lehre at the Berlin University of the Arts in 2021 within the context of experimental coding.
