A hands-on career workshop for students approaching graduation and recent graduates to build a comprehensive Master CV, explore career directions, and practice communicating their story with AI and peer feedback.

A normal CV is edited for a specific job. A Master CV is built around the person. It captures the fuller picture: education, projects, work experience, strengths, interests, motivations,skills, working preferences, and experiences that may never make it onto a conventional two-page CV. In this interactive workshop, participants combine peer reflection, Klappt, and AI to uncover thatfuller professional story and turn it into a reusable Master CV. They then use the profile to explore several possible career directions, including options they may nothave considered before, and test which ones genuinely resonate. The goal is not to force students to choose one career. It is to help them better understand what they bring, what gives them energy, what kinds of work could fit them, and how to communicate their story clearly.

Participants practice how to:

- uncover strengths and experiences they may have overlooked

- create a comprehensive Master CV as the foundation for future applications

- identify what kinds of work, environments, and problems energize them

- use AI to explore multiple career directions without outsourcing the decision

- evaluate which possibilities genuinely resonate

- give and receive useful peer feedback

- communicate their experience more clearly in interviews

- use their Master CV as context for future CVs, applications, interviews, and career exploration with AI

The workshop is suitable for students from all disciplines. Participants do not need to know exactly what career they want before attending.
