The Institute for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Berlin University of the Arts is mourning the loss of the great visionaire Yona Friedman, who died on February 21,2020. Our students and teachers had the privilege to work directly with him and learn about an architectural vision for a more humane and democratic world. A perspective that today is more necessary than ever.
