As big tech and especially AI escalates higher with huge data centers, faster hardware, and generally high-risky scale-up strategies, we go low, and study the opposite direction: 

How small, mobile and flexible can instruments, installations, performance systems, become? What are the implications, tradeoffs and the particualr possibility spaces that arise from such an approach for artists, collectives, and the works they can create? And whose agency <> intelligence becomes enabled here? 

We will look at existing approaches from S4NTP history and other projects, and explore many options: build little model systems, with mobile speakers, mobile power sources, decentralized options for cross-connection, all with the aim of helping each other to develop personal artistic setups.
