‘Tender Decoys’ explores the archive of my childhood photography and the unconscious textile codes we inherit. How do nostalgic symbols (such as the bow, tulle, and cable knit) function as taste-forming signals of protection and belonging? By reinterpreting these familiar patterns, I aim to expose the internalised patterns we unknowingly formed throughout our lives.
