The Learning Agreement is a contract between you, your home university and UdK. It ensures that your academic achievements from your exchange at UdK will be accredited and integrated into your study progress at your home university.
The Learning Agreement is a mandatory part of the exchange scholarship for students who study in a EU country, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland or Türkiye (Erasmus+ and Swiss-European Mobility Programme).
In the document you need to list all courses you are planning to take at UdK as well as the equivalent courses of your home university curriculum that you want to substitute. The document then needs to be approved by your home university and the Architecture Exchange Coordination of UdK.
The Learning Agreement is issued by your home university, either as a PDF or via an online platform. Please inform yourself at the international office of your home university about the details and the deadline for its submission.
If you study in Brazil, Israel, Japan, Taiwan, UK or USA (Intercontinental Studies Abroad), you do not need to prepare a Learning Agreement. However it is recommended to ask the international office of your home university whether there are similar or other documents you need to prepare.
